In 1988, to celebrate a “Century of Loving Care” at St Joseph’s Center, Carl Jones organized a benefit golf tournament. It was both fun and a financial success. Twenty years later this annual event, now called the “Carl Jones Memorial” tournament, is carried on by his friends and family. A day of good food and friendly competition, hosted at the Glen Oak Country Club, it is considered the area’s premier golf tournament.

The tournament will be held on September 14, 2009.
